VODAFONCE CONNECT BROADBAND:
Have the black vodafone router, which keeps locking up. About every few hours, I can't connect to it on my phone/tv, whilst maintains the laptop connection (also wifi). End up rebooting the router, then it all works ok.
Anyone know how to fix it?
Thanks... (not impressed with vodafone so far...)

Hi
May I ask what speeds your attaining?
The Ookla Speed test software is a good option to.check.
How long has it been activated ?
It can take 10 days to settle and in tje extreme 30 days which is why I ask.
If this continues then perhaps speak to the broadband team on....

The problem is not with the speed or connection from router to ISP.
Problem is that it is locking up - like it has "gone to sleep" and is not allowing devices to connect to the router wirelessly. Once reset - it works again.

When you are a new broadband customer, whilst the service is being optimised to get the best possible speed, it is usual to expect short drops in service.
There is further information to help on the link below.
What should I do if I'm having problems with broadband connectivity?
If the problems persists after 30 days, please contact support, they will be in a position to check your line and router.

Bad answer.... you are not listening to the question! It is nothing to do with connecting outside the property to the ISP.... fluctuations in service with the line are expected in first 30 days.
This is a problem with the vodafone connect router, connecting to it via wifi.
I have a degree in IT.... stop with the stock answers please...
