Couldn't find a forum dedicated to your broadband service! I joined Vodafone broadband nearly a month ago but my online account still says I have no services with you. Will this ever be updated?

Hi @Sarah_L, it still says no services on my account. It's been a hectic month or so with work, apologies for delay. I have become slightly worried about my account as I have checked my bank account and the direct debit I set up with you still hasn't been activated by vodafone, are you able to tell me when my billing date is? I really want to avoid a huge bill demanding one lump sum because of a error made by Vodafone.
