undelivered reward gift

I spent 2000 reward points on an Amazon voucher. This has not arrived yet.

Stupidly did this before and no joy then. So 4000 points wasted

Either CS on 191 or Live Chat (via Contact Us page) should be able to sort this out for you. If you still have the reference number for your original Rewards redemption, they should also be able to investigate this for you.

Found it in spam mail thanks. This is what happened to previous one I expect but too late as deleted some time ago. Will know in future
