My SUre Signal has not been working all week. I have re-set it numerous times. It worked for approx 2 hours this morning (without any interference from me) and then went back to not working. The red power light is on. And the other two white lights are continuously flashing.
This is the second time this has occurred in the last month. Prior to this i have had no issues with Sure Signal. I live in a remote area and rely on sure signal to obtain any phone connection. Without mobile signal i cannot run up big Vodafone bills

I can see from your traceroute that it fails at step 1 which is at the setup.
Please ensure that you have the following ports open:
IP addresses to be allowed on the router & firewall
I can see it's registered successfully, so once the above steps have been followed please perform a reset:
Please also try using a different Ethernet cable as this often resolves the fault.

You need to go into your router settings via a PC.
As various routers and menu’s vary, you’ll need to look at the instructions (many of which can be found online with a quick search) to see how you do this for your router.
