This has arisen before and I rather fear it gets complicated. If you have delivery details from the carrier (DPD, I think), you may be able to change the delivery address after the first attempt has been made. You'll need the parcel number for this, which hopefully you have.
If that fails, call 191 or talk to Live Chat and see if they can do anything from their end. And if that fails, post back here.
