Sure signal unit registered and successfully added a user, woohoo. Now I'm unable to add any additional users, as either get VAPGatewayController error, so message that reads "only able to add Vodafone mobile phone number..." which of course it is. Serial number is 40132616976. Have been through the online help. Have deleted cookies and temp internet files yet still no joy. Can you help??

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Please clear your cache, cookies and then try logging into your online account to add new users. If that does not work, get in touch here.

Hi,
Another user having problems adding a new user to my VSS. Its all working perfectly with the original registered vodafone number but I am trying to add in my wifes new Vodafone PAYG number and getting the "Sorry we are not able to process your request because of following errors in your form." error message. I have been trying over the past couple of days from 2 different computers using Firefox, IE, Chrome and Safari on Mac, no joy.
Could someone please look in to this? I have included the requested diagnostic information below.
