Download Speed

For the first few months the 76mb FBB has been great.

For the last few days i've been getting upload speeds faster than im getting dowload speeds, 2.5mb down 15.3mb up, usually i get 45-50mb down. Whats going on, nothing has changed in my house.

Did all the usuals, power router down etc, to no avail!

Any help appreciated

That's quite a drop in speeds @Adam205 

What is your Ping figure ?

Are you connecting via Ethernet or Wifi ?

If Ethernet then try another Cable. 

If Wireless I'd try...

1. Change Wireless Channel. 
2. Split the frequencies in the Router to 2.4ghz and 5ghz then try each.
3. Then try running another Speedtest. My preference in the Ookla Speedtest option. 

If this does does not improve thus not a temporary dip in speeds then the Broadband Team should be able to check at their end.

Yes i tired another cable, also i tried Wi-Fi speedtest off my phone (oolka) and im getting the exact same speeds on both. I guess i should give them a ring, because its intermittent, its back up to 50 this morning. I may aswell be back with...Sky... if this continues

PS ping is 32ms

Your ping stats look low enough to me. 

As it's back up it sounds like a dip to me which occasionally I get on my own Broadband provider. I do not use Vodafone.
