I was told my activation date would be on the 19th of April. Was told to wait until midnight for my services but they are still not active. I phoned today and was told it could take 24 hours to actually activate. But was told it could take an additional 72 hours for activation.
The 4g dongle that's connected to my router works, but at a speed of 200kb, which is unusable. So that's not a solution either.
Why is this so difficult? I'm being told I'm a "pro" customer but I'm still having to wait just like everyone else.
What's ironic is they take the money on the 19th, but provide no services. Funny how when it's time to take the money there are no delays of any kind.

Try a factory reset of the router - this should force provisioning. Hold the recessed "Reset" button in for a good ten seconds.

I have done this, but now I have lost my 4g connection from the dongle and my router is flashing red.

I believe it's full fibre, it's the 1gb package & I have an ONT on the wall.
