Hi All
Does anyone know how I can get my fibre broadband activation done earlier? I ask because I have my kit here and I can see the openreach pon light is solid green. I've noticed I can't see a broadband account number associated with my plan? Any ideas? Seems like I just need an account activation rather than anything technical.

Hi @Sarafianl Thanks for getting in touch. I don't believe we're able to bring an activation date forward, however I'd recommend giving our activations team a shout to confirm this. You can contact them on 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 03333 040 191 from any other phone (standard charges apply).
