Hi:
I have an Ultra Hub which works perfectly with my Fibre 500 LAN except that I cannot connect the VF Broadband app to it (iPhone 12 running IOS 18.1). Under the direction of the support team, I have reset the hub once and uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times. Each time I try to connect it seems to get stuck at the point where it seems to be looking for the hub, fails and reports that I have a "connection issue". So far, the support team don't have answers other than to say someone from the backoffice will be in touch at some point in the next 18 days!
The hub was not originally provisioned to me and obtained from a third party. I understand from the support team that it has now been transferred to me in their systems but of course this process may be incomplete and the cause of the problem. I say this because when running the Power Hub originally allocated to me, I was able to use the VF Broadband app
