Order and Installation has been cancelled twice!

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with getting online with Vodafone. I ordered the Vodafone Pro 2 in December last year with an installation date of beginning of January. Then a few days before I received an email from Cityfibre and Vodafone confirming that as requested my order and install date has been cancelled.

So I contacted them and they said that this sometimes happens and there is some sort of bug so I needed to go through the order process again which I did with an installation date of end of this month. Anyway I have now had another batch of emails from Vodafone and Cityfibre confirming my request to cancel the order and installation date (which I didn't do!).

Anyone have advice on this?
