Hi, so had the essentials package which expires 7th February.  Been trying to re-register here: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/broadband/essentials-broadband for 3 days now.  Filled out for and every time I submit the form, website crashes without submitting the form. I've seen other people having the same issue.

Used the chat bot a couple of times now and speaking to an advisor and was told "just keep trying" which they were told to do by a manager?

Getting fed up now, all I want to do is keep a contract going and no one seems bothered?

I'm not working at the minute, have mental health issues and can do without having to jump through hoops when all I want is to click on a box that lets me continue with another years contract.  Not difficult, is it?
