Vodafone Station 6 Connected without Internet

Hello. I am currently in Berlin and here the customer support is only in German. The Vodafone Station 6 in my appartment doesn't connect to internet. Any help?! It is kinda urgent. Thanks

Do they not have a chat service, and maybe you could use Google translate?
