Engineer didn't arrive yesterday or contact me

The engineer was supposed to activate my broadband yesterday, I waited all day and didn't get contacted once. The internet LED on my router just keeps flashing red, I have tried pretty much everything. What can I do?

Hi,I've gone live today but I cannot get the broadband app in sync with my router! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted the router but no luck atall! Has anyone else had this issue before?Thanks
