Amazon firestick connection issues

I have been with Vodafone for about 2 months on superfast 1. In the last few weeks, my firestick keeps coming up with home unavailable.  Then when checking WiFi, Vodafone is not in range.

 

I am currently using my phone hotspot to watch my firestick.

 

I have tried everything, when online chat and nothing.  I have 2 firesticks on 2 TVs.  Both are the same.  I have reset both to factory settings.

 

I don't want to be like this for 2 years 😭

If you have an android device download an app called WiFi Analyzer and run a scan to see if the 2.4Ghz SSID shows and what channel it's on. 

Sorry to be stupid. How do I do it

I’m having exactly the same issue and I’ve been back and fourth to Vodafone. I’m a new customer and before on Sky - no issues. They tried to upsell me to a booster add-on. I moved all of my furniture and the tv closer to the router, about 1m with nothing in between. It’s still buffering but a bit better. I took Alexa and two iPhones off wifi to get that though.  A fffffin nightmare ….
