I have just joined Vodafone fibre broadband and found my BT supplied DECT Alexa compatible digital voice phone doesn't pair with my new hub. I see a lot of noise about this common problem and resetting your DECT phone will not work. You MUST be physically connected to the Vodafone hub with compatible phone handset to work it seems. Something Vodafone didn't tell me about when I switched.
