I started using Broadband and phone with Vodafone and 2 3 days I would have a problem with connection. The problem is all the calls and any contacts goes abroad and they just follow the scripts. they would listen and in the end I had to pay them 6 months charges to disconnect with them and go to another provider. my family members having a lot of problems with Vodafone broadband as well as they use VPN for telephone lines and you can't connect your belling alarm if your VPN is on.

Can't really understand your post, do you you mean VoIP instead of VPN?

Do you have a query?

All providers are now using VoIP, not just Vodafone.

if anyone uses VoIP then doorbell software doesn't work with VoIP on.

All providers are having to use VoIP as the PSTN is being switched off in 2025. In preparation for the switch off, no new connections are allowed.

If the doorbell relies on a PSTN connection, it is up to them to provide an alternative option. Nothing to do with the ISP.
