Trying to connect to Vodafone broadband, have username and password but still does not work. I have followed quick set up but nothing. I am not very good with tech, can anyone help? I did call Vodafone but they couldn't help

So can we assume that the modem/router model is the VR2100?

 

And your username is in the format: dsl1234567890 @ broadband.vodafone.co.uk (without the spaces)

The password should just be a random string of alphanumeric characters

You are using the PPPoE protocol for the above and the VLAN tag is 101 (and the priority is 2 though the priority is usually ignored)1
