We would need a bit more info to be able to suggest anything.
How are you connected? FTTP or FTTC?
Which router do you have?
What lights are showing on the router?
Depending on the answers, there will be more questions.

It's full fibre broadband. All lights are steady and white. No red/flashing lights. It's a vodafone hub router

Vodafone currently have 3 routers in use. The THG3000, the Ultra Hub and the Power Hub.. Do you know which you have?
Have you tried logging into the Hub to check its status?

The THG3000, the app won't even open. Keeps saying oops we ran into a problem. App doesn't need updated, tried deleting it and reinstalling it, same thing. Vodafone have ran tests their end and saying all OK, but it's still not working

Don't use the app, log directly into the hub here: http://192.168.1.1/login.lp
The password is on the bottom of the hub.
If the internet LED is white on the THG3000, you are connected to Vodafone, so we need to try to discover why you are getting "no internet" on your devices.

The tech team were in contact again, now saying that the router was updated on Tuesday and my router has been showing as inactive ever since.. even though the multiple people I've spoken to before this said no issues with router or line. They did something their end then got me to leave router unplugged for 3 hours, which I did but still no joy. I work from home so this is so frustrating.
