Since having this installed, I’ve had nothing but problems with constant drop outs and slow speeds. The app either tells me everything is ok or that it can’t connect (until of course the broadband is working again- and of course it doesn’t report a problem.
I am getting between 6-10 Mbps!! 1 laptop and an Alexa using the broadband - so not a case of being overoaded
I’ve rebooted the router countless times, the booster is less than 50cm from laptop but working from home is not viable.
has anyone managed to leave the contract early as the service being provided is not the service I signed up to.

@WestWFH Also you can have devices too close to router or access points. The proximity swamps the WiFi hardware as the signal is too strong. This does depend on manufacturer and model.
