Difficulty Setting up Gigabyte 4G Cube

Hi Just moved over from Vigin Media

 

And try as I may cannot get my Gigabyte 4G Cube to Connect to Internet or Wifi

I have reset cube several times, to default settings, but no avail, I have had to put

my Virgin Router back on to contact you, can anybody supply all default settings

in Cube so i can check if all of mine is correct, maybe screen dumps to work through

 

Thank you, to anybody that takes to time to Repy...

Otherwise I have no option but to go back to Virgin Media

Sorry, it's a little foggy to me.

Are you trying to connect the cube to an existing WiFi? I'm sure the cube is a wifi replacement - you connect your devices to the cube.

Have you confirmed you have a good 4g/5g connection to Vodafone?

Did you get a letter with any activation instructions?
