EN WiFi contract

I am a US student in Germany for 6 months. I went to a vodafone location for a WLAN plan. The woman signed me up for a 24 month plan and said I could cancel this after 6 months without additional charges if I show paperwork saying that I am not living in https://showbox.tools/ the same apartment. Does anybody know if this is valid?

As your contract is not with Vodafone UK, you will need to contact Vodafone Germany in order to double check the terms of your contract. We have no access to the Terms and Conditions of Vodafone contracts outside of the UK so they may be different to the policies we have here and we wouldn't want to give you any incorrect information 🙂
