Gigacube Unusable

I've used the Vodafone Gigacube for a year and a half now. The first year and a bit were fine, no issues what so ever but over the last month or so the quality has dropped so much to the point where it's now unusable. The average latency connection is 67ms which is terrible considering the Vodafone HQ is 5 minutes down the road from me. Packet loss is constant and a quick Broadband Quality Monitor shows 100% packet loss for almost a day straight. I have now discovered FTTP is available in my area and if the Gigacube cannot be fixed, I will definitely be switching and terminating the Vodafone contract.

I have tried:

Wired connection (same result as over Wi-Fi)

Moving the Gigacube

Restarting it

Removing the SIM card for 30 seconds

All of the above have done nothing.

I have the same problem. I  was paying £25 a month for a  service that was not too bad. I purchased the Gigacube in October 2021.  It was quite good at the beginning better than the telephone copper wire and living in a rural area , I'm never going to be cabled.

When my monthly rate went up to £50 for a much worse service I complained. I have now been told that they will not reduce my monthly rate and to accept ,eventually, a goodwill gesture of £150 . I refused and stopped my £50 payment. Within 2 weeks they cut off my broadband. Luckily I found that I have an iPhone "Hot Spot" which gives me a better 4G service than I have ever had with the cube!! So I was able to send £50 to Vodafone to get my service back up and have now accepted the £150  to supposed end my complaint. I can't use the iPhone 4G for too long as it takes up too much data.

I am now trying to find a Vodafone store near Chessington. I have used the locator but on Google maps pictures the postcodes given do not show a Vodafone shop!. I'm  now trying to find a phone number of a shop but having a big problem. Does anyone have a telephone number for a Vodafone shop?
