Hello,

I'm suffering from really high pings and it's making online gaming difficult. I'm new to this service and voda so if anyone could advise what is happening that would be appreciated please.

Here's my trace route to bbc and it looks like I am connected to my local DC (Leeds) but the pings to it are really high.

I think I'll be cancelling tomorrow and either trying another provider on City Fibre or seeing if Virgin want to make me an offer to stay with them.
Having looked into it, as was said in this thread, a lot of people having the same experience as us - weeks and weeks of it being great and then this. Support are of no use. Even in the bad days of Virgin Media, you could always escalate things and speak to a really expert but it seems Voda aren't bothered.

Same issue here and also in Leeds ( also my daughter down the road having same problem ) both of us on 910 package and great during the day but after say 8pm struggle to even watch online TV the speeds are so slow. have raised an issue with Vodafone and will share any update - really hope someone here posts some good news regarding this

Miner's still fine. On the Leeds BNG (90.246.0.1) and the first two octets are 90. 248. I aren't reboot now, and heaven forbid we have a power cut.

As of 20:10pm mine has also turned off completely. I can only hope and pray that this is them fixing the issue. Currently 20:24pm and it's still not back online

Just checking (and being pedantic!), you mean 10.10-10.24pm (or 2210-2224), right? Exact same for me.

Hoping this means they've taken the string out between the beans cans and replacing it with some cable.

me and other family off line too and it just keeps re doing and then going off again, ran a speed test and got 1.5 mbs !
