How does the fibre get connected?

I have just signed up for fibre broadband.

The fibre was installed as far as my front gate a few years ago (I think).

I expected, when I signed up for the broadband that there would be information about connecting the house to the line but nothing appeared.

Will I get a call to connect it?

I am not due to change until 7 apr so there is time but does the fibre come right into the house ?
