… before Vodafone is in breach of contract?
My Pro 2 Fibre 900 has now been down for 10 days. Escalations through to City Fibre are met with “we’re working on it, no timeframe for resolution”. I work from home and the 4G dongle provides enough juice for email, but not video conferencing, and it is dreadfully unstable. Is there any alternative option — and at what point is Vodafone breaching its own terms in providing service?
