Hi. We live in a rural location and the lines tend to be poor (running through trees etc) but no one seems to be bothered.
As of last night out internet is dropping out constantly, and very slow when it reconnects. The landline also has a lot of static and noise, making calls difficult. We have had this before due to tree branches on the cables.
What isn’t best way to report this, without the hell of calling CS or the ridiculous chatbot?

My favourite way to contact CS is via TOBI (the dumb AI). This link will take you there without all the dumb questions - just a few account related questions to identify you:

I totally understand and sympathise with you as it just drains your energy with frustration when contacting Vodafone who I suspect are your line provider.
What I did in the end after running out of options was to email the CEO twice with a complaint and I logged one via Ofcom reference to CISAS.
