Hello,
Im a new fibre customer, got set up last week.
Since my activation, the only device that i am having issues with is my LG Smart TV. Constant connection drops and buffering that lasts minutes. I cant used a wired connection but i have tried to update the DNS server info as per the thread link below but its not helped in any way. Has anyone managed to find a solution or should i just try leave Vodafone?
Ive had no issues with Sky broadband before joining VF.

1) go into the setting on the LG TV and make sure it's getting it's network settings via DHCP - it should have a local IP in the range from 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1 254.
2) If you have any Sky Q devices turn them off and see if the performance on the TV improves.
Then come back and tell us if that helped

Thanks for your reply.
The IP address was 192.168.1.191 but ive updated it to 192.168.1.2. This has improved the buffering but it is still happening and the load times seem to have increased.
Theres no Sky Q in the household

@hazzatrazza - please go through our Home Broadband 'Help and Support' page. This will help to run live tests on your line. If we need to look into anything further, you'll then be connected to an agent.

I’d leave if I were you while you still can. Vodafone at peak times is the worst isp I’ve ever had out of all of them. I guess that’s why they’re the cheapest.
