Apologies if this has been answered previously but I recently joined Vodafone with the full fibre 100 package. I work from home and make regular Microsoft teams video calls and my connection keeps dropping out. It will either completely drop out or it will freeze for me/others part of the video call.
Is there a solution to this? Apart from that the connection is absolutely fine and I have had no issues.

My issue resolved after switching to LAN/Ethernet. An agent (from Vodafone level 2 support) said this will be resolved by either upgrading to Pro (boosters) or using Ethernet cable.
