New Internet contract setup

Hey, I want to make a vodafone contract (in Germany). It is possible to have somebody coming over to do the setup for 90 Euros. My question is: is this really necessary or can I do it myself? The router arrives earlier. So it is not like the technician is bringing it. Can I setup the router myself https://nox.tips/ https://xender.vip/?
