New subscriber, no internet connection

Hi,

Was supposed to go live with fibre yesterday (transferred from TalkTalk) but have no internet connection today. Router appears to function OK, can access printer and NAS drive across network. internet light is solid. Box is connected to master socket, have tried alternative microfilter, have hard reset the box., and done all testing from a hardwired connection. No joy.

Of course problems can occur but it's not a very auspicious start to our Vodafone patronage...

Can anyone advise/assist, please? Hope so!!!

All sorted by phone support - some setting at the VF end that needed changing.
