Good evening,
Over the last month or so my Vodafone Home Broadband Superfast 2 has been really terrible. Every device connected drops frequently on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz no matter where in the house they are. My SkyQ box is connected via Ethernet and even it is having connection issues. TV Guide and apps such as Netflix don't load or the box just simply prompts there is no connection.
I've spoke with Live Chat on a number of occasions who made some recommdations but none of them have resolved my issue (changing Ethernet cable, updating WIFI channels etc). I'm paying for a service here that is just simply shocking.
Any help or advice would be greatly received.

What are your speeds may I ask ?
Possibly use the Ookla speed test software to see what your getting.
Or the Speedtest options Vodafone provide to you via Vodafone > How-can-I-check-my-speed.
It seems you have carried out most of the troubleshooting tips already.
Look at the guaranteed speed promise Vodafone have.
A person can claim a discount if it's below what they say you should get.
More info in 》vodafone.co.uk/broadband/speed-guarantee.
I appreciate that does not help with the current situation.
Some members have expressed that using their own router works better for them.
More info here 》HOW-TO-Use-a-third-party-router-on-Vodafone-VDSL
Or.possibly your Vodafone Connect Router is faulty and needs replacing by Vodafone. Customer Services can help with that.
A person can raise a complaint via Here.
Ofcom provide some tips and the Broadband Speeds Code of Practice in ofcom.org.uk/phones-telecoms-and-internet/advice-for-consumers/advice/broadband-speeds.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

I have exactley the same problem.
I've been on chat, they told me what to do knowing i was at work and would have to do when i got home, told me to press send transcript button which cut the connection to chat! Started chat again with another, explained what had happened, they told me to do a DSAR for copy of transcript!
Another time on chat they said that I would get a refund for the amount of time I had no internet, that didn't happen either.
This week the drop outs have been worse than ever even though supposedly improved.
Contract finishes in May, anyone have any recommendations on who to move to?
