Hello. I've recently switched to Vodafone, but the wi-fi network is not recognised by the Nintendo Switch in our house.
The network did not show up in the list of available networks for the Switch to connect to.
We tried to manually configure the network using the Google DNS settings, as advised elsewhere on this forum, but this did not work. (It connected to the network device but would not connect onward to the internet)
We then logged into the router settings via web browser and switched it 'compatible mode'. The resultant compatible network did then show up in the list of networks available for the Switch to connect to, however, connecting to it produced the same outcome as the Google DNS server: The Switch connected to the network but not onward to the internet.
Note, that the Switch has been connected on EE, BT, Sky etc. It seems to work on every provider EXCEPT Vodafone.
ETA, it is a Vodafone Powerhub with wi-fi 6.0

Hi @n360 - thanks for explaining the checks you've already done. Please get in touch with our Home Broadband Support team. You can do this by calling 191 free from a Vodafone mobile or 08080 034 515 from another network or landline.

@n360 I wonder if the Nintendo doesn't support WPA3 and your router WiFi is set for WPA3 only and not WPA2 & WPA3.
Disclaimer, I don't have the new Power Hub - but then like buses, someone who does will come along shortly.
