No Internet 1 month after Installation

I dont know where to start. 

1 month since having broadband installed I am still without Internet. Customer Service is shambolic. Daily updates and weekly phone calls to say absolutely nothing other than we are looking at it. 

 

Current resolution is they have given me unlimited data on my sim. So if im not at home no one else has Internet. When I am at home, the phone needs to be constantly plugged and the phone is red hot hot spotting multiple devices and its making my phone so slow.

 

Honestly the worst experience I've had with any company. Customer service is useless, city fibre don't have a clue, no one seems bothered that after a full calendar month we are still without Internet. 

Chat support boils down to 'have you tried turning it off and on again' and 'send us a picture of your router set up' like seriously after a month you want pictures of the router for the 10th time. 

 

Seriously DO NOT switch to Vodafone. Its not worth the hassle. Customer service is non existent and they couldn't give a ##~## if you have the service or not.
