This is occurring randomly but spaced apart at least 30 mins, from 6am to midnight. It's very strange. I've had fiber for a few years and its been solid as rock, and I've never had the fiber dropping before. The only issue I had before is the cat6 ethernet cable from router to ONT got twisted and would sync at 100mbit instead of 1000.

Forgot to mention a few weekends ago I had a complete loss of service, red light flashing, for the entire weekend, Fri pm to Monday morning. I wonder if this is related. Something is amiss, that's for sure. They obviously fixed that but didn't tell me what the issue was.

@jnaro Are you using VF's router or OpenWRT?

@jnaro PS. VF's implementation of IPv6 is flakey. Turn it off if you can and see what that does.

@jnaro  The uci thing is complaining about a missing config element. Seeing that you're getting an IPv6 come-back, do try turning off all IPv6 and use IPv4 on the router.

I wasn't aware I had ip6 turned on. Do you mean the DHCP settings?

I turned off every IP6 thing I could, and have

IPv6 ULA Address
Disabled

in status. so let's see if that stabilises it.

@jnaro It's in more than one place. Sorry I don't use VF's THG3000 and I'm doing it from memory. It'll be DHCP and both WiFi and Ethernet networking.

I can't wait to get rid of this router tbh. I can no longer set wifi channel so it puts everything on chan 36. I have no idea why voda removed that but I've had issues with Sky Q ever since.
