looking at your WinMTR pictures you have packet loss to vodafone.broadband, which is the router, so whatever your problem, it appears to be at your end.

It will be interesting to see if a TBQM concurs.

second router and not my pc unfortunately it occurs on another pc and ps5 we have

If you are losing packets between your devices and the router, assuming the router isn't faulty, then there must be some networking problem.

You say it started about 3 months ago, did you add/change any networking items (switches, Wi-fi extenders etc) about then?

yeah 3months ago but of course between that time ive had Vodafone's help twice with engineers and of course the 2nd router they have given me and no still the same set up we have always had one thg3000 router with 3 ethernet devices and one tplink booster downstairs but i mean i had 4 months of working connection with the booster but it can easily be disconnected to rule it out

I'll wait until we have a thinkbroadband BQM to view before I go any further.

If the BQM shows no packet loss, or very little, we'll know for sure the problem is with your network

ive just set it up dont seem to be recording anything but il leave my pc on while i play
