Hi all since I upgraded to a ultra hub I can’t connect my printer on wifi, I think it’s something to do with the hub being 5ghz and the printer being 2.4ghz what can I do about it . Thanks in advance

@Brillopad Short answer; search this forum because non-connecting 2.4GHz devices have been widely discussed.

Long answer; turn off the router WiFi, setup a hotspot on your mobile with the same SSID and credentials, connect the printer to the WiFi, once connected do not turn off the WiFi, turn off the hotspot, turn on the router WiFi. If possible have the hotspot on the same channel number as the router WiFi.
