Port forwarding Faulty Gigabox heatmiser ports 80 8068 not working

Just changed over to the Gigabox from BT hub and can't get the ports 80 8068 to work and connect to my heatmiser heating system. Any one managed to solve this problem or should I cancel the new contract and return to BT hub.
