Portforwarding for PS4Pro Warzone

Hi all... and Happy Holidays

So I am still trying to get my connection sorted out for my PS4 and I now have a dynamic ip (previously static) and my download and upload are worse as well as my ping. It was suggested I portforward on the UltraHub but not sure what and how to do it. For reference, until they (VF) messed about with my gateway, I was getting around 5-600 Mbps down and around 40-60Mbps up...Now though I am scrapind around 200 down and around 6-10 up? I have looked at the other threads on this and just fall short with some of the settings.    

I can get to IPv4 Port Mapping but lose it from there - Any help or advice appreciated in advance . Many thanks indeed.

This is what I have to put in but there's not enough boxes for all the numbers?

Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 - Playstation 4    TCP: 3478-3480  and UDP: 3074, 3478-3479  Or is UpNUp better for this issue?
