Ps5 and Ps4 can connect to the router but not to the internet

When we first switched to Vodafone everything was great but every so often my ps5 and ps4 just cant connect to the internet through the router. The 2 consoles can connect to the internet if I hotspot them using the WiFi through my phone and if I reset the router twice it then can connect to the internet. But I do not understand why this is happening. The only thing that we have changed was the names of the consoles in the routers settings because they where just a bunch of letters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Although it did do it yesterday but not today when did the new firmware come out

A few days ago. But things like that are never instant. That said a few days is pretty good for vodafone.

Yes at last no more dropping out of Wi-Fi when I turn my PlayStation of every few times I thank you so much for your help i thought it was a faulty ps5. But yes it might take a few days to kick in.
