New Power Hub issues connecting to TV

This is a rather odd issue I am having. I have a Hisense smart TV, which always connected with no issues to my previous Vodafone router. I am now using a Power Hub with a LAN connection. It shows as ‘connected’ but only certain apps on my smart TV work, and when I run a connection test on my TV it identifies issues with the connection.

Has anyone else ever had similar issues? It seems very odd certain apps are able to stream - and others not. My laptop and phone all connect over wifi fine - and I have had no other issues, just my smart TV being a bit odd since the new router.

The fact you are using an ethernet connection, and not Wi-Fi, means it has nothing to do with the Wi-Fi settings

I'm thinking that possibly you have taken out a new contract, and your content controls have been reset to "defaults".

Try resetting your DNS settings to not use Vodafone's DNS and see if that makes a difference.
