Red light on new Vox router

Hi, received a new router today (Vox 3) and it wont connect to the internet. Wifi is working and power and wifi light on router are white but internet light is red and flashes red occasionaly. Have tried the 15 second reset on the back and no luck. When logged in the connection states its g.994 training.

Any ideas how to resolve?

As this is a new device it needs to be registered to your account with user name and router password.  The best way to get this solved will be by contacting the Broadband Team from this link : Broadband and Home Phone FAQ's
