Regular dropouts, particularly evening

We've been with Vodafone 1mth, having been with BT for 5yrs previously. Connection is FTTP & we're on Full Fibre 200 with the Intelligent WiFi hub. We had no issues with BT, moved to Vodafone for cost reasons.
However, we find that we cannot watch even 1hr of streamed TV without the connection dropping momentarily at least twice. At least once per day I will drop out of a Teams call due to internet issues.

The connection comes back quickly, my question is why this is happening and what can we do to resolve it?

Check the router logs

Go to Think Broadband and setup the BQM and let it run for a few days
