On the 30th December I signed up to home phone and broadband, I was told I would need a new line installing to keep my existing phone number, that was fine, in the new year I was getting text messages telling me to expect a call, after several attempts they got through to me, asking me if I wanted a new line installing because the old line would be fine so I agreed, so they said they would cancel the order and raise a new order, after a couple of days I got a call back saying it was all sorted with open reach and my contract would go live 30th January, unfortunately they haven’t sent any equipment out (router) and now BT have terminated my broadband and phone line,
I’m now without central heating because I have hive on my heating and when I try and recover my order with my original email address I have them they don’t even recognise it,
I really disappointed with the service so far ☹️
