Sonos Play 1 and Eufy Homebase 3 won't connect to Ultra Hub Wi-Fi

New Vodafone Full Fibre customer, on Pro 2 with an Ultra Hub , having recently moved from BT. I am finding that my Eufy Homebase 3 connects OK using ethernet, and appears to allow and confirm a connection to Wi-Fi, but as soon as the ethernet cable is removed, there is no Wi-Fi connectivity. I have today tried to connect my Sonos Play 1 speakers and despite factory resetting both speakers, and using compatibility mode on the Hub I can connect and add the speakers to the Sonos App using ethernet, but cannot also update my Wi-Fi network as 'no products found'. Again, these work fine if one of the speakers is connected via ethernet, but they simply are not recognised over Wi-Fi.

I have multiple Eufy cameras connecting to Wi-Fi OK, and various Alexa / Google smart devices / speakers....but I simply cannot connect the Sonos Play 1 or Eufy Homebase 3, only over ethernet. Has anyone come across the same problem with the same devices?

I've tried renaming the SSID of the main Wi-Fi network and temporarily using Guest Wi-Fi to try and make the connection, as has been suggested elsewhere, but still the same problem. Anybody experienced the same and then resolved this issue please? It's driving me insane.

Finally sorted this after wasting half my weekend. Persistence seemed to be the key but a combination of Compatibility Mode, factory resetting the speakers then connecting my phone to the non - premium / compatibility SSID, then attempting to set up each speaker placed next to the router (over Wi-Fi not ethernet) and connecting when asked to the non - premium / compatibility SSID.....eventually, after a few failed speaker updates, it connected and is now available on my wi-fi network in the Sonos app. What a faff.
