Can someone advise me?
I have done all resets to the router. Open reach box is fine. Fault lies with router. I don't have an ethernet cable how can I fix the router. Literally just stopped over night vodafone unhelpful I have been without Internet for 3 days

Hey @Spinningmad I hope you're doing well. If you haven't already, please use the Self Test tool here so some checks can be done on your lines and equipment. If any issues or faults are found, a ticket will be automatically raised for you. @Spinningmad Get an ethernet cable so that at the minimum you can make sure that the connection between the ONT and the router is ok. You would have more chance of doing any router tests with a wired connection than the WiFi app.
