I hsve had my services barred for 28hrs now my bill is clear 3 times on live chat 2 times on the phone promises it will be up n running, lies,
Because im switching providers, they wont lift the restriction even though im still paying for it absolutely full iof lies, the speed drops all the time ive had discount once full complaint

I definitely will, so far ive not got a reply. I know one thing tho if they think for one second im paying my next bill they can do one, cost me my minutes and data on my mobile, thank god thats not with vodafone.
I deal with companies, councils social workers on a day to day business and vidafone has got to be the worst ive dealt with seriosly

A word of caution if I may _ if you withhold payment intentionally then Vodafone can further restrict services and if they feel then that they've exhausted means of collection then Debt Collection Agencies can be involved and defaults placed on a Credit File without any prior warnings that last 6 years which can severely affect a persons credit file and future credit applications.

Yeh my bill not due til end of july dont worry im not intentionally with holding payment its something theyre going to offer me as compensation especially when im trying to my assessments and coursework done and cant get it done properly on a mobile. I can only use so much of my data on tethering
