Set up Google nest wifi

Trying to add Google nest wifi to my Vodafone router. Have followed Google instructions but still won't work. Has anyone else had this problem and managed to get it to connect.

I am having the same issue, tried splitting the WiFi to 2.4ghz and 5ghz and neither solve the issue. Every time the nest trys to communicate with the WiFi it says the nest can't connect. Would be helpful to get some advice from Vodafone as it worked fine on my sky WiFi.

Yes after a factory reset and setting the nest up on 2.4ghz it worked. Thank you for the advice

@Decrudd3  I came across this post from you to resolve the Google Nest router connection to Vodafone Router Fibre connection. 

Just wanted to understand if the below steps are something you applied:

1. Factory reset Google Nest Router

2. Using Google Home App, set it as 2.4Ghz

3. Connected Nest router to Vodafone router.
