Good day all,
Anyone else having issues with sky on-demand service over Vodafone broadband?
Since the 5th Dec we've been unable to watch any sky films or programs via our sky glass or puck was working perfectly beforehand.
We are still getting 67MBps, same as initial install back in March, so no drop in speed.
Wi-fi is not congested, and no ping drops from the internet.
All other apps like Disney+ or Netflix work perfectly on the sky devices.
If I connect the sky devices to my EE hotspot everything works as expected.
I can only guess there's a routing problem to the sky servers using the Vodafone connection that's developed over the last week, looking at a sky forum it looks like I'm not the only one with this issue.
Not sure if technical support monitor this thread, hopefully they are and could investigate.
Thanks all and Merry Christmas

.@bxwill1980 If you haven't done so already, try changing your DNS settings from the default to an alternative, e.g.
Google 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4
Quad 9.9.9.9 & 149.112.112.112
Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1
there are many others, but these will do for now. This will do as a first step as DNS has been seen as a common issue.

I had this with my sky Q about 6 months ago and it turns out it was the DNS address I was using, Which was weird as been using the same DNS for about a year ,
