Last Friday I noticed my sync. speed has dropped from a solid 32/33Mbps for months to 19Mbps. I tried calling technical support from the landline, but this was crackly and forced my broadband router to disconnect. The router took a long while to re-connect and was still at 19Mbps. I tried a router re-boot but no better.
This looks to me like a line fault but I am unable to get through to Vodafone to report it (30 minutes on hold so far). I suspect they are short staffed due to people staying home. This is one of the support options offered by the website, as no one is available to chat.
I just want to report my bad line, so Vodafone can get Openreach to come fix it. As Openreach were working in our village when this started, I'm guessing they caused it.
Anyway to report the bad line via this route? Any Vodafone peeps on here?

Even if you do get through Openreach are only doing non appointed visits right now. Also their Main centre in India has been closed so things like escalations are arranging a specialist isn't possible. to save time as they will ask this anyway ensure your in the master socket not an extension socket. Connect into the test socket by removing the face plate and change the micro filter and rj11 cable
